Women's Only Gym Class The Women's Only Gym Etiquette Class is offered every Tuesday at 11:00am. The class is recommended for anyone who is not familiar with gyms/fitness centers; anyone who would like to learn about different equipment, policies and procedures; and anyone who wants to increase strength, tone muscle, and improve fitness. Sign up at the Recreation Center front desk. To ensure quality instruction, class size is limited!
Gym Etiquette Class Ages 12 and up - This class introduces new members to the proper usage of the fitness equipment and proper conduct in the fitness center. Classes meet ever other Saturday.
